Hotels, Motels & Resorts Fee Structure

  • Hotels participating in convention business on a regular basis — $17.25 per room
  • Hotels regularly receiving direct or indirect convention overflow basis — $11.50 per room
  • All other hotels — $7.50 per room

*$750 minimum

Participating Hotels, Motels and Resorts Receive:

  • Convention and group marketing leads
  • Convention housing services
  • Distribution of one brochure at the downtown Travel Portland Information Center
  • Travel Portland Convention Calendar and updates
  • Two resource directory listings on www.travelportland.com with expanded narrative
    and up to two images per listing
  • Convention services, tourism, partner and P. R. referrals
  • Access to password-protected partner-to-partner section of Travel Portland website (Sept. 1)
  • Travel Portland e-newsletter and partner decal

Platinum Partner:

Any convention and meetings hotel and resort that pays more than $2,000 during one year
will be considered a Platinum Partner.  See the current Distinguished Partners.

Platinum Partners receive:

  • All services as listed above
  • Table for 10 guests at the Travel Portland Annual Awards Breakfast
  • Up to four resources directory listings on www.travelportland.com with expanded narrative and up to two images per listing
  • Recognition on all promotional materials for Travel Portland events including the awards breakfast, trade show and golf tournament
  • One-time dedicated e-mail sent to the Travel Portland partner list
  • Up to two mailing label lists for direct mail opportunities to Travel Portland partners
